EmTech Experience Hub Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the rules for accessing and using the EmTech Experience Hub. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Use Of The Platform

The EmTech Experience Hub is provided for authorized users to browse, manage, publish, and deploy technology experiences and related project materials. You may use the platform only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate business purposes.

You are responsible for the information, media, configuration, source references, and other content you create, upload, publish, or manage through the platform.

Accounts And Access

Access may require a valid work email address and completion of the platform sign-in flow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activity that occurs under your account.

Administrators may approve, suspend, disable, remove, or modify user access to protect the platform, comply with organizational requirements, or manage the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, abuse deployment resources, or upload content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, confidential without authorization, or infringing.

You should not store unnecessary sensitive personal information, secrets, passwords, production credentials, payment data, regulated health data, or other highly sensitive information unless the platform and your organization have expressly authorized that use.

Content And Intellectual Property

You retain any rights you have in content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant the platform and its operators the rights needed to host, process, display, deploy, back up, and otherwise operate the service.

The platform, including its design, software, branding, and underlying technology, remains the property of its respective owners and licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to use platform branding except as permitted within the service.

Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services such as GitHub, cloud hosting and deployment providers, storage providers, email delivery services, analytics providers, and other operational tools. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

The platform is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their data practices, or changes they make to their products or terms.

Availability And Changes

We aim to keep the platform reliable, but it may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, changed, or discontinued from time to time. Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed without notice.

Deployment and publishing features may affect live project availability. You are responsible for reviewing project settings, source repositories, environment variables, and deployment status before publishing or deploying content.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.

Suspension And Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or if your organization no longer authorizes your access. Some records may be retained after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
